So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Configuring Workflow
You can use workflow automation features to improve the speed and efficiency of your business processes. Automation has two elements. Workflow rules monitor records for specific changes. Actions send an email, create a task, update a field, or connect to an outside system when a record is updated or created and a rule is triggered.
