Reviewing and Finalizing Documents
Word enables you to track the changes you and your colleagues make to documents. You can lock the tracking in place, quickly review and integrate tracked changes, and even collaborate in real time with colleagues on a document. Word provides tools for comparing different versions of a document and combining the changes they contain. You can also protect documents against changes, mark documents as final, and remove potentially sensitive information before sharing a document.
