CHAPTER 14

Integrating with Other Apps

You can help get the most out of Zoom by setting up integrations with other apps. Integrations enable you to access and share content from other apps, including Dropbox; Google’s Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts; and Microsoft 365’s Calendar and Contacts. There is also a large collection of Zoom-compatible apps that you can install.

Set Up File-Sharing Integration

You can make your Zoom file sharing even more powerful by setting up one or more integrations with file-sharing apps. Zoom offers many file-sharing integrations, but the most popular are with Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft SharePoint. When you enable any of these integrations, you can share files from the enabled services in a meeting or a chat. You can also present content from any enabled service in a meeting.
