16.4. Customize Save Options
PowerPoint by default saves a presentation in the current PowerPoint format in a default folder location. You can change these settings — for example, if you often share your presentations with a colleague who uses an older PowerPoint version or if you want to save your presentations to a different folder. You also can embed fonts in the saved presentation.

1 Click

2 Click PowerPoint Options.
The PowerPoint Options dialog box appears.
3 Click Save.
4 Click and select a file format.
