Chapter 10. Work With Graphics
Although Word is primarily a word-processing software package, you can spruce up your documents using a variety of graphics, including WordArt, pictures, clip art, shapes, text boxes, and diagrams.
Add WordArt
WordArt is decorative text that you can add to a document as an eye-catching visual effect. You can create WordArt text as you create a WordArt graphic, or you can apply a WordArt style to existing text.

The WordArt Gallery appears.
