4.5. Assign Keywords
You can assign keywords to those photographs that fall under a common category such as Family, Vacation, and Birthday. iPhoto has several predefined keywords by which you can categorize your photographs, or you can create your own custom keywords. Because keywords are searchable, they can be used to categorize photos and make locating images easier.
Assign Keywords
Click a group of photos in the Source list to which you want to assign keywords.
Click Window in the main menu bar.
Click Show Keywords.
