7.5. Balance the Colors
iPhoto can help you fix common photographic mistakes, such as taking a shot with an improper white balance. An improper white balance can lead to unwanted color casts in your photographs such as a slightly orange or blue image. These unwanted color casts are due to the camera's misrepresentation of neutral colors. The iPhoto eyedropper can help you fix images with unwanted color casts by adjusting colors in the photos so that whites appear white and light grays appear correctly.
