Entourage Contacts database,
select the Use my address
option ( changes to ).
This area shows the type of label
Word will create.
5 To choose a different label, click
Options.
1 Select the label address if it
appears in the document.

2 Click Tools.
3 Click Labels.
Create Mailing Labels
You can use Word to create and print mailing
labels that display an address that you can then
affix to an envelope or package. You can create
labels either for a destination address or for your
own address.
Using Word to create mailing labels is better than using handwritten
addresses because the labels are easier to read and look more
professional.

Can I print just one label?
Yes. Word treats a page full of labels
as though they were organized in
rows and columns. When you print a
single label, you need to point out
which one to print by specifying its row
number and column number. Follow Steps
1 to 8 to set up your address and labels. Select the
Single label option (
changes to ). In the
Row and Column text boxes, specify the position
of the label on the page.
Is there a way to store my
address in Word to avoid
typing it each time I print my
labels?
Yes. Click Word and then click
Preferences to open the Word Preferences
dialog. Click User Information to open the User
Information preferences. In the First and Last text
boxes, type your first and last names; in the
Company text box, type your company name; and
in the Address, City, State, and Zip text boxes, type
your address. Click OK.
You can click Font to format the
address text.
9 Select the Full page of the same
label option ( changes to ).
0 Click Print.
The Print dialog appears.
! Click Print.
Word sends the labels to the
printer.
Note: See your printer manual to learn how to
print mailing labels.
The Label Options dialog appears.
6 Click the Label products and
then click the label style you are
using.
7 In the Product number list, click
the label type you are using.
8 Click OK.
