8.13. Format a Table with CSS

Although you can use table attributes to adjust the formatting and alignment of tables and table cells, as shown earlier in this chapter, you can also create styles to format a table.

Cascading style sheets offer many advantages. Although working with styles is more complex at first, using styles instead of table attributes creates cleaner, more efficient code and makes it easier to change the table formatting later.
