Abstract
Over the years, ethical and unethical behaviors have been “delineated in terms of vices and virtues.”1 The ancient virtues of prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance have been connected with ethical leadership, and vices such as deceiving, lying, selfishness, narcissism, arrogance, hubris, abusiveness, document falsification, malevolence, and masked intentions have been linked with unethical conduct and destructive and corrupt leadership.2 Virtue-based leaders create socially responsible organizations whereas vice-driven leaders sow seeds of discord and organizational corruption. ...
