Chapter 12. Case Studies

This chapter is written by outside contributors. The purpose is to give the readers an opportunity to hear directly from the horse's mouth regarding real-world QoS deployment. The author just provided the desired organization for each case study. The content is provided by the contributors. The themes of the case studies are consistent with the theme of this book. However, certain specific opinions differ. This is considered a good thing: Different opinions can give the readers a diversified view on QoS, and help the readers form their own opinion.
