All of the planning, scheduling, analysis, technical design, estimation, purchasing, and fabrication phases come to a head about the time a production project is ready for installation into the assigned venue. There is a significant shift in energy for the technical manager as well, for the amount of hands-on contact with the project is increased, decision making comes at a more rapid pace, and the end goal of a successful opening is ever more looming.
