Technology-enhanced assessment offers tremendous opportunities and unique challenges in the measurement and prediction of human behavior. By harnessing emerging technologies, organizations can reach across the boundaries of language and geography to accurately assess an almost limitless array of candidate attributes. Test users can now leverage sophisticated, web-based, assessment platforms to simulate any number of work environments and situations—effectively capturing candidates' ability to respond under real-life conditions.
