So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This book has been a major departure from the previous two books that Dave Drucker and I have authored. In our previous efforts, all of the ideas and the writing came directly from us. For this book, it dawned upon us that we were uniquely positioned to bring together an all-star group of financial services technology experts, so that’s what we did. To the greatest extent possible, we allowed our authors to select their own subject matter. We also edited as lightly as possible because we wanted you to receive their thoughts and perspectives, not ours.
