What You Should Know Before Marketing

If you are writing for television, the script is the most important writing sample you have. This is your calling card for a possible freelance writing assignment. Get your agent to submit your script to a producer of a similar-genre show. If it shows professional talent, then you might be invited to a pitch. Revise and tighten your script before submitting it anywhere. Be very objective and thorough in your revisions.
