Offline and Online Editors

Program making requires a lot of equipment and a lot of technology. But what makes the difference between a good program and an average one is people. This is particularly true in the case of offline and online editors. In most cases the roles are performed by two separate people who need never meet though sometimes an offline editor might help supervise an online. Otherwise the director is the link between them. With digital desktop editing, however, more people are tending to do both jobs.
