On Reputation

Here is a template of a PR announcement: “Following our internal review of the incident in yesterday, we have made the decision to terminate the employee involved, effective immediately. We do not tolerate racism of any kind at.”

I was about to share a story. But it’s so familiar that the location could be anywhere and the organization, any company.

An individual confronts a person of color, it’s recorded, and it makes the news. Sometimes it’s seemingly a person trying to be funny, although with no hate bias but is still considered racist.
