TERM DEFINITIONS
Agile Environment
The Agile environment is dynamic in that development is done in sprints and requires project team members to quickly respond to changes in requirements. Software programming is an example of an Agile environment. Agile is lean and quick by comparison to other development cycles, such as Spiral or Waterfall.
Arrow Diagramming Method (ADM)
ADM is a diagramming technique in which activities are represented by arrows. The tail of the arrow represents the beginning of the activity, and the head indicates the finish.
