What Kinds of Controls?

There are several controls you can use:

  • List box Presents a list from which you choose an item.

  • Combo box Like a list box, but you can type in other entries besides those on the list.

  • Option box Gives you options to choose from (but you can select only one). You can use option buttons, toggle buttons, or check boxes.

Access 97 comes with a wizard for each of these control types, which makes it easy for you to create the controls.
