Sabine Seymour first encountered technology as a child, when she was given a Commodore 64 computer by her father. As a teenager, she taught herself to programme computers and had designed her own clothes. When she finished her education, Seymour brought the two interests together in a series of technologically enhanced garments, and established Moondial, a fashion technology lab with studios in Austria and New York, where prototypes or products are created as Moondial with specialists or consortium partners.
