7. Use Failure as a Growth Tool

Master leaders recognize that there are no failures. There is only feedback. No one ever fails. People simply get results that they label as failures. We attribute natural born leader status to those who find value in every experience, especially when they do not get the results they want. Failure is actually the opportunity to begin again with more intelligence.
