Slide 3: The Solution
The Solution slide gives you the opportunity to explain your specific solution to the problem identified in Slide 2, and to explain and describe your overall business. Done well, you can accomplish both goals at once. In some cases, especially for start-ups, your solution is a description of the business.
In this part of the presentation, focus on the compelling customer benefits that you provide, with emphasis on the “must-haves”—not the “nice-to-haves.”
The must-haves include tangible solutions that customers are willing to pay for; the following are a few examples:
- Lower blood cholesterol
- A faster Internet connection ...
