CHAPTER 2Using Situational Leadership®II to Guide the Journey

Situational Leadership® II is a powerful, yet simple, contingency-based model of how to alter leadership approaches to fit various situations. In this chapter we will explore how this model can be useful as a framework for guiding the journey to empowerment. As a starting point, let us look first at the various concerns people will have as they make the change to empowerment.
