Akatre was founded by Valentin Abad, Julien Dhivert and Sebastien Riveron. The partners met at art college and the idea of Akatre was born there. However, the studio’s launch was delayed for a year while all three partners gained experience at other studios and companies, including Philippe Apeloig, Integral Ruedi Baur, Pyramyd Editions, Michel Bouvet and Aer’ studio.
