Reflecting on the Attributes of the Non-Negotiable
Gratitude is the reward of the Non-Negotiables because it is the one that ultimately brings us the most joy. At Fishbowl, we feel genuine gratitude when we see the 7 Non-Negotiables reflected in others. To complete the Retrospectives, I’ll share a few stories of how the 7 Non-Negotiables inspired others who knew Cam. His spirit and legacy continue to produce extraordinary outcomes for us all. I am a better man and leader thanks to the life and legacy of my son, Cam.
