The resolution framework is set out in two stages, the first focussing on preparing for the conversation and the second equipping you to have the conversation itself. Although it is tempting to go straight to the process of how to have the conversation itself, preparation can make every difference so I would urge you to give equal attention to both this chapter and the next.
