It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As the name suggests, Resolute leaders are highly determined. Their strong-willed persistence and their inner strength give people the courage to get though tough times. We’ll elaborate on the value of the Resolute leader in Chapter 17, but in this chapter we want to dig beneath the surface to understand what makes this style of leader tick.
