The Driving Force is usually a very resourceful, decisive and can-do person. They believe in their ability to overcome obstacles and, if necessary, to learn how to do so as they go.

Key characteristics: This person is likely to be a leader, perhaps heading up a large department or running a small independent consultancy. They love to rise to a challenge.
