HOW DOES QUALITY APPLY?
If most business managers were asked how quality applied to their businesses, they would most likely expound upon the virtue of a service which satisfies the customer. This is because most literature written on quality focuses on the service or process to produce the service. Actually, before discussing quality in business there must exist some business model to which it applies. Describing quality before defining the business is akin to having an answer and finding the facts to fit it.
