The entirety of my approach to monetizing personal brands is encapsulated in what I've termed the empire blueprint. This framework will serve any kind of personal brand, whether in entertainment, education, or anything else. The objective of this blueprint is for you to eventually model your product or service suite on a map of your empire, from entry‐level items to high‐ticket items and everything in between.

To be seen as an empire builder of personal branding is to be seen as having the ability to offer something to everyone at all price levels and at all stages of purchasing. The greater your ability to connect a product and service offering to the masses, the greater brand power you will create for yourself, the more leverage and trust you can cultivate with your tribe to create unlimited potential to monetize whatever offer you desire.

Identify Your Tribe's Means

The more people your products can positively affect, the happier your tribe will become—and, like loyal and devoted fans, if they buy an affordable product and love it, then they're likely to hop right into the next product offering.
