Tension between words and images
The content of magazines and newspapers, books, posters, websites and advertisements is a fusion of text and images. Sometimes images are dominant and are supported by the text, at other times the text predominates. Art also features interplay between the title and artwork. To communicate powerfully the relationship between images and text must be carefully considered. The most memorable communications feature a dynamic synergy between the two.
