So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Following is an example of a final, or summative, evaluation report for a project in a city zoo. As you read through it, think about the following:
Who was the audience for this report?
Can you think of two other audiences that might want or benefit from either an oral or written report from the evaluator?
In this particular case, was the evaluator part of the program?
Once you have read the report, also consider the following question: What happens when there is more than one audience for the report, as is frequently the case? The evaluator may prepare multiple reports, using different reporting strategies for each audience.
