So here we are. Little yellow ducks dropped into a sea, swimming in the opposite direction from the masses. We got here by accident, but it turns out we like it here. We like e-learning, we like instructional design, and we like helping people perform better. We think we make a difference and we mean to be the best ducks we can be—moving from accident to intention. We have purpose and we have found our people: each other.
