Your resumé is the first gate to the heaven of getting your dream job. And there is as much stampede at this gate as on the first day of a newly released Bollywood movie with well known star cast. Studies have shown that typically, an organization gets several hundred resumés for every job opening. To handle this kind of crowd, the sentries at this gate have to display tremendous alacrity and sagacity.
