Respecting Privacy

Privacy refers to how much physical and mental space we desire from others and how much of the same they desire from us. While it is good to have a professional bonding for a team to gel together, it is also equally important to maintain a reasonable distance with our colleagues in a work environment. What is ‘reasonable’ is debatable and is the subject of discussion for this chapter.
