I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I’ll be the first to admit that “Local Adjustments” isn’t a great name for a chapter on using the Adjustment Brush (and the other local adjustment tools), but it’s an “Adobe-ism” for editing just one section of your image. Here’s how they describe it: Everything you do in Lightroom is a global adjustment. It affects your entire image globally. So, if you’re affecting just one part of your image, it’s not global.
