The word “flow” has always fascinated me, and apparently others as well. Major dictionaries define flow as an act of flowing, having a smooth continuity or a smooth uninterrupted movement, or the quantity that flows in a certain time. All these definitions relate to the need to have an established set of steps that you routinely follow. Establishing good habits lowers the possibility of errors and omissions, recorrections, and lost data. Having a workflow is just plain common sense.
