On its next adventure, Team Fantastic is transported to New York City on a hot August afternoon in the 1990s. Someone opened the wrong water valve, sending three times the normal pressure down a major pipeline. As a result, the pipe has broken in several different places on a busy street and numerous tall office buildings are without water. The team’s mission: Repair the leaks before rush hour.
