Barton had forgotten that Wednesday would be a holiday until Raj Juvvani showed up at his office, apologetic because he had long-scheduled plans, a wedding that would take him out of town for the rest of the week. The poor guy seemed genuinely fearful as he confessed to having a “problem”—that was the word he used for it. He seemed to expect a harsh reaction to his news. This shouldn’t have surprised Barton.
