ABOUT THE AUTHORS
ROBERT D. AUSTIN is a professor of innovation and information technology at Ivey Business School. He has also been a professor at Harvard Business School, where he chaired the school’s executive program for chief information officers, and Copenhagen Business School. Before becoming a professor, he was an IT manager at two major international corporations. He has written more than one hundred published papers, articles, cases, and notes, as well as several books, some of which have received international awards. He is active on editorial and advisory boards for numerous academic organizations and companies.
