As a current and former leader of many teams, across many years
I want to explain the Agile “team” concept
So that people can achieve the synergy which only that of team can bring to a project.
In this chapter, I elaborate on activities performed by Agile Scrum teams, that result in high performance. That is, delivering more of the value-adding “ask” from the ProductOwner, team empowerment, and delivering value to the business quickly.
