An hour after Luke got off a conference call with the remaining two regional business directors, he got a call from Sam Elroy, the COO, asking Luke to come to his office ASAP. When Luke entered Sam’s office, Sam got up from behind his desk, walked over to the open door and shut it harder than he had to.
