Agile Project Management
When I wrote my first book on the topic of agile project management,1 industry was really focused on agility in software development projects. Agility in business was not yet being adopted. Now, some years later, we are starting to see agile management moving out of the information technology (IT) organization into other organizations, as corporations realize software development is not the only area that would benefit from agile management practices.
