Introducing the Feedback Process
The ideal method for introducing and explaining the feedback process is to hold one-on-one or group orientation sessions for participants. Depending on the number of participants involved and how comfortable they are with the concept of 360◦ feedback, these sessions could range in duration from one hour to a half-day.
