Acrylic Paint  Paint that has a polymer base, is water-soluble when wet, and water-resistant when it dries.

Action Chart  A document used to track each character and/or performer throughout the sequence of events in a production. This could be simple: breaking an opera into three acts where the characters have only one or no changes between each act; or more complicated: a highly physical musical theatre production with quick changes, or a farce where quick changes contribute to comic timing. The action chart is typically created by the costume designer well before sketches to ensure that they are designing according to the dramatic action of the storytelling.
