In working with businesses of all sizes and in dozens of countries, my colleagues and I have discovered some "lessons from the trenches" about engaging people in their organizations. These lessons are embedded in the previous 19 chapters and make up a quick guide for creating new and exciting possibilities for engaging people to create results. The lessons are grouped into three categories: People, Strategy, and Results.
