Steven Spielberg’s storyboard sketches for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom are little more than chicken scratches, but since his concepts forthe action sequences were at least indicated, even primitively, he was able to visually convey his ideas to a professional storyboard artist who, in turn, rendered them in a storyboard that was then used by the whole preproduction staff.
