About the authors...
Andy Cope describes himself as ‘a professional trainer, qualified teacher, author and learning junkie.’ He fell into retail management and then trained to be a teacher, spending 10 years cutting his teeth in adult education. Andy now runs a training company called Art of Brilliance Ltd.
He combines this with studying for a doctorate at the University of Loughborough. He used some of his research to develop a course called ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’ which has run to rave reviews in businesses and schools around the world.
