Kyle, a creative executive for a small, up-and-coming marketing agency, was an innovative genius, and his clients adored him. Kyle cultivated and brought in interesting clients; his long-standing clients always wanted him personally on their account because of his ability to “disrupt the old model” and bring in cutting-edge ideas. However, he could be moody and adversarial with co-workers, and was noncompliant with routine administrative duties.
