Although I have touched upon some of the aspects of basic etiquette throughout this book, there are several points (especially those that pertain to dining), that you should know so that you will be totally confident and relaxed when take your clients to lunch. Some of the tips I’ll offer you were responses to questions I have been asked in the past, and others involve stories that may make you say, “You’ve got to be kidding!
